How will the Moscow International MICE Forum be run?
The Moscow International MICE Forum will start at 10:00 and will end at 17:00.
To improve the quality of the event and to ensure private meetings the Moscow International MICE Forum provides standard 2 x 3 meter stands equipped with 1 table, 4 chairs, lighting, facial panel and electrical connection. The professionally produced event catalogue, provides full coverage of each company's services and contact details.
The Moscow International MICE Forum is not held in a workshop format but as a professional one-day exhibition with all participating companies receiving a fully equipped stand. The advantages are privacy for meetings ample space for posters and displays.
Russian buyers have the opportunity to make pre-scheduled appointments to ensure the professional effectiveness of this event. Therefore it is essential for our International participants to register early to enable us to advertise and promote their services. All pre-scheduled appointments will be for a 20 minute period.
From experience we recognise that many of our Russian visitors will not make appointments preferring to make meetings once they arrive.
Coffee and refreshments will be served continuously during the event.
