Absentee Participation:
Appreciating the costs involved for participants to travel to the Moscow International MICE Forum we have created a special offer for a shared table enabling participation without attendance.
The table will have a maximum of 4 participating Absentee MICE Suppliers and will be attended by one of our professional staff. All absentee participants on this table will receive the following:

To gain the maximum potential from this event we also suggest the printing of a simple one page flyer, indicating full details of your company, the services that you offer and some price suggestions (commissionable). We will professionally translate your text and print 500 copies for distribution for just €.155.-
Please note that all brochures must be sent well in advance directly to the venue Conference Centre. As the organisers and the Conference Centre cannot be responsible for any Customs duties please indicate clearly that all such costs should be charged to the sender.
