Technical Information for stand decoration and printed materials

1. STAND DECORATION

To make your stand more visibly appealing, we offer 2 variants of stand decoration:

1. Full length colour Vinyl banners. A standard stand consists of a back wall and 2 side walls. Vinyl banners can be created to decorate each wall of your stand. This variant is re-usable.

Side wall A: 1970 mm x 2480 mm (length x height);
Back wall B: 2960 mm x 2480 mm (length x height);
Side wall C: 1970 mm x 2480 mm (length x height).

2. Self-adhesive posters printing. Posters are printed for each panel.

The size of each poster: 964 mm x 2355 mm (length x height).
Please mind the 40 mm-wide metal seam between adjoining panels.
You should send us a plan of posters disposition on your stand.

Information counter
If you have ordered an optional Information Counter, have your graphic or logo printed on the front panel 950 mm x 961 mm (width õ height).

We accept artwork in the following formats:
JPEG (CMYK, 75 dpi, max quality - the most preferable format for files which do not require further editing), TIFF (75 dpi, CMYK), PDF (Press Quality), AI, EPS (CMYK, bitmap - 75 dpi). Other formats can be accepted on agreement.

You can send us files using your or our ftp-server (it's advisable to use ZIP-archives of each file in this case).

Note! The printing quality will depend on adherence to specifications. We accept materials no later than 30 days prior to the exhibition date.

2. FLYER PRINTING

	Size: 210x297 mm. Margins - top, left & right: 10 mm, bottom: 20 mm. File formats: Microsoft Word, PDF (Job Options - High Quality Print, Press), EPS, Adobe Illustrator, TIFF, JPEG (max quality), Adobe InDesign (with all font files and linked files). Note! Using colour background in the layout is not permitted!

A4 Flyer, 1 side, in colour on white paper
	Size: 210x297 mm. Bleed images should have 5 mm beyond trim margins on all sides. File formats: PDF (Job Options - Press), EPS, Adobe Illustrator, TIFF, JPEG (max quality), Adobe InDesign (with font files). Color model - CMYK, min 300 dpi. All linked files should be sent along with the layout file.

Notes:

• Please make certain that all images and colours used are converted into CMYK
• Be sure that all images used are at least 300 dpi
• Do not forget to include bleed on images and objects that go to the edge of the page
• If you do not need translation of your flyer please convert all texts into outlines
• If you need translation of your advertising please do not convert text into outlines and include files with all used fonts. Also if you use JPEG or TIFF files (not editable) please contact us to check possibility of translation
• To prevent changes of your advertising please provide us with PDF or JPEG copy to preview the layout.
